We have a strong and established partnership with JM's employee engagement team. This team operates under the brand JM Elements, the core internal platform responsible for communicating with 12,500+ colleagues globally. Elements covers a wide range of wellbeing initiatives and rewards offered by JM which make a real difference to their employees and families at every level.
The overarching challenge was significant: to simplify all of Elements digital communications while delivering compelling content and campaign initiatives. The two core objectives were to enable internal stakeholders within the JM team to manage and create assets easily without always relying on an agency partner, and to provide users with engaging content on a platform that is clear, concise, and easy to navigate.

Communications with clear cut through
Over the years, we have been instrumental in revolutionising the JM Elements visual language, shifting it from a traditional print-based medium to a dynamic, digitally enhanced engagement platform. By transforming campaign materials from static print formats into vibrant, interactive digital experiences, 330 has fuelled the brand's success and sparked a significant rise in engagement across the business. This evolution not only modernises Elements but also drives continuous growth and excitement year after year.
Central to this transformation has been to assume control of the creative approach for the Elements mobile app. Key to enhancing the overall user experience, we delivered engaging UI design components featuring dynamic, interchangeable widgets that scale seamlessly to minimise unnecessary scrolling. Collaborating closely with JM’s development partner, we crafted a fresh, innovative look and feel for the app. This new design not only elevates the app itself but also sets the stage for a broader impact on the brand’s creative direction across all communications.
